Job Description

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead our technology development in the Menu and Supply chain space!

Under the brands Godtlevert, Adams Matkasse, Linas Matkasse, and RetNemt, LMK Group is looking for a Product Manager that wants to join our mission to help families eat more varied and healthier food with almost zero waste. Thanks to our business model we throw away less than 1% of the food we buy and since the start in 2008, we have delivered over 50 000 million meals.

Technology is at the core of what we do as a meal kit company. Throughout the last years, we have built an impressive technology platform that all of our four meal kit brands run on. The secret sauce is our own built tech which enables us to optimize every stage of the supply chain, from recipe creation to purchasing of ingredients.

In the Menu and Supply space, we have built our own tools for recipe and ingredient management, menu planning, purchasing planning, and inventory management. The tools are used by 30+ internal users in Norway, Sweden, and Denmark and are a critical part of our business and a source of competitive advantage.

We are big believers in using data science to fuel our workflows, and we are working on exciting projects to make the internal user journey more data-driven. We are pioneers within the meal kit business and continue to drive this category forward in our pursuit to innovate the mealtime experience. You will work closely together with software engineers in a cross-functional team, and work with agile methodologies. The role reports to the CTO and you will collaborate closely with the rest of the tech department, and there will always be colleagues to help you overcome any challenge.

The role of Product Manager - Menu and Supply:

In this role, you will be the Product Manager for all our applications related to Menu and Supply Chain, and work closely with internal stakeholders. You will:

  • Set the vision, build the roadmap, and plan the development of our own-built applications.
  • Translate business objectives into clear product requirements and specifications for the engineers on the team.
  • Day-to-day follow-up of the development team, including driving stand-ups, owning sprint planning, and validating production releases.
  • Prioritize development efforts together with other stakeholders and internal users.
  • Proactively identify improvement opportunities and execute them.

Who are you?

We believe you truly enjoy setting direction for products and guiding teams toward action. We also believe you have:

  • 5+ years of experience in a technical role as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Software Developer.
  • Education in Computer systems, IT, or similar is an advantage. Work experience can make up for lacking academic credentials.
  • Good knowledge and experience in working with relational databases, and comfortable using SQL.
  • High technical know-how and an understanding of the software development process, and you benefit from having done some coding yourself in the past, either professionally or in hobby projects.
  • Collaboration skills and are a team player who is good at building relationships with different stakeholders, and sharing knowledge with others.
  • A strong bias to action, and enjoy taking initiative and getting things done.
  • Ambitions to set the bar high for our products, and an eagerness to learn new things and improve.
