You will be joining the company that invented the world's first autonomous wheel. This will be the start of an adventure, and you will get the opportunity to have great influence on the future of our company. wheel.me is a Robotics and IoT company that helps people improve the way they live and work by enabling "everything" indoors to move effortlessly on smart wheels.

We are now in a period where we are expanding globally, and we are seeking a highly motivated Key Account Manager for our team based in Oslo. You will be the face of our company, in order to succeed in this role, you will need to have an energetic attitude with a customer-oriented mentality. The account manager will be responsible for driving growth through new business and up-sell opportunities within existing customers and developing company strategies.


What you will be doing at wheel.me
  • Identify new strategic accounts or vertical segments to find new sales opportunities for wheel.me. Qualify, convert and follow-up on new inbound sales leads.
  • Actively own and manage your accounts 360 degrees: from the initial discussion, first order, deployment, maintenance to further scaling of wheel.me’s product.
  • Plan, manage and achieve sales quotas and goals with your accounts. Actively expand accounts after landing pilots and initial installations.
  • Build and strengthen customer relationships to achieve long-term partnerships.
  • Present the company and products to new and existing customers: online, site visits, or at industrial events/ fairs to understand their workflows and use-cases for automation.
  • Work closely with the technical field engineering team to build the best automation solutions for the customers.

If you’re a person who thinks this sounds exciting, then we believe you are also a person who
  • Have a bachelor’s degree in business, economy, IT, engineering or a relevant field.
  • Have a proven track record of B2B sales, account management or customer success in industrial or solution selling.
  • Have experience or the ability to both hunt for new customers, but also farm existing relationships.
  • Strong analytical capability and GRIT.
  • Being able to adapt to changes and learn new industries.
  • Technical background or strong affinity for technology.
  • CRM experience and understanding of how to use data in sales (we use Salesforce)
  • Are a resourceful and creative problem solver who will roll up their sleeves to get the job done.
  • Have outstanding communication skills and fluency in English.
  • Have a drivers license.
It would also be nice if you..
  • Experience from the automotive industry is an advantage.
  • Experience in manufacturing, logistics or health care will be seen as an asset.
  • German language skills would be helpful.
