This spring, we are looking to strengthen our team in Norway with more consultants who are eager to learn and able and willing to put in the effort to unleash their potential. What you will be doing

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll work closely with our clients and the Delivery teams at Amby. You and your team will ensure we meet or exceed client expectations in Recruitment Projects and Embedded Assignments. To achieve this, we are looking for someone with integrity, ambition, and a desire to challenge themselves. In your day-to-day, you will find yourself busy with the following:

  • Collaborating closely with hiring managers to thoroughly analyze and define position requirements, leveraging your domain expertise
  • Taking the lead in proactively sourcing candidates, with a primary focus on tech and product roles, while strategically setting sourcing strategies
  • Taking an active role and advisory lead in client interviews, case testing, and running reference checks
  • Running personality and ability assessments as needed
  • Managing and driving recruitment projects end-to-end, collaborating well with key stakeholders
  • Embracing continuous learning and growth, seizing challenges as valuable opportunities to expand knowledge, bridge gaps, and learn from mistakes
  • Offering feedback and guidance to support the development of others, fostering a culture of performance, learning, and forward-looking progress

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business, Management, Marketing, Psychology, Technology, or related fields
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in leading end-to-end recruitment processes, including proactive candidate sourcing and working on some tech roles
  • Proven ability to be a strategic advisor to hiring teams, leveraging extensive knowledge and competence in recruitment and technology
  • Strong passion for technology/software and its impact on industry digitization
  • Genuine interest in people, fostering meaningful relationships with colleagues, candidates, and clients
  • Proximity to Oslo and flexibility to work at the Amby and client offices
  • Previous experience in recruitment agencies and certification from Aon and/or DNV is an advantage
  • Fluent in both written and spoken Norwegian and English
