Job Description

Karo is at an exciting stage in its journey and aiming to provide several healthcare products to support consumers with their everyday health. With our seven product categories: skin health, intimate health, digestive health, foot health, wellness, pain, cough and cold and speciality products such as Rx pharma care. Across these categories, we own a range of differentiated brands including our leading brands Paracet, Ibux, Bronkyl, Asan, Flux, Decubal, Locobase, Apobase, Pyricept and more.

Karo Healthcare is headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, with offices also in the UK, Germany, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Norway and Italy.

For our office in Oslo we are currently looking for an ambitious Brand Manager to take ownership of our portfolio of Wellness brands on the Norwegian market.


Responsibilities
  • Lead the local brand development with a responsibility for Pamp;L management including sales targets, media budget and margin improvement
  • Responsible for building a profitable brand portfolio for the local Norwegian brands through innovation and launches of new products
  • Adapt and execute the strategies and framework for the global brands into the local market needs
  • Close cooperation with KAM and participation in meetings with retailer, leading category projects
  • Drive the annual marketing and campaign planning cycle, including activation strategy and budget management while driving towards set growth targets
  • Execute the marketing and campaign initiatives and develop relevant assets, with high focus on digital channels
  • Secure return on investment of ATL and BTL activities together with the media agency and key account managers
  • Measuring and reporting performance on marketing campaigns, set KPIs and obtain relevant local insight through market research to ensure informed decision making
  • Develop full brand plan including market analysis, competitor analysis, customer insight, price analysis, portfolio gaps, profitability analysis, channel strategy, identifying Key opinion leaders, etc.

Requirements

  • University degree on Master degree Level within MSc Business/Management/Marketing
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Brand Manager
  • Experience in Media Channel and Campaign planning, digital marketing and market and performance analysis
  • Product development within pharma, OTC or FMCG is a plus
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication skills in Norwegian and English
  • Strong analytical skills with strong business acumen as well as creative mindset with strong understanding of consumer behaviour
