The Educational Equality Institute, an NGO based in Norway committed to educating and thereby empowering disadvantaged girls.
In response to the war in Ukraine, we started the project: Together for Ukraine. Free educational programs where we, together with our partners, will help 100.000 Ukrainians shape their future through education, upskilling, and employment.
We are seeking a creative and skilled Tik Tok content creator to join our team. You will be responsible for creating engaging and informative content that aligns with our mission and resonates with our target audience.
Role Scope
- Collaborate with team members to develop content ideas and strategies.
- Create and produce Tik Tok videos that promote the organization's mission and values.
- Monitor social media trends and adjust content to remain relevant.
- Engage with followers and respond to comments and questions in a timely manner.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Tik Tok trends and features.
- Work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience creating engaging Tik Tok content.
- Strong storytelling and video production skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of Tik Tok and the social media landscape.
- Experience with video editing tools and software.
- Good spoken/written level of English.
