We are now looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our team and to help us to build our brand within the healthcare industry. We are looking for a dynamic and engaged individual who will be responsible for using data and insight to tell a story and market the products that we create. The role will also focus on helping us to position ourselves as a leading player in capacity planning with the usage of AI and data, in Norway and Europe. This position offers a short path to influence and contribute to the company’s development going forward. Key responsibilities as our new Product Marketing Manager
Co-create strategic plan for marketing and operationalize and implement it with precision
Drive product marketing across channels and highlight the value of our products
The role will be working closely with our product team and Customer Success amp; Marketing Director adjusting marketing activities in line with the development of our products
Work closely with third parties like agencies and conference partners and bring our ideas to life
Be our event planner and organize webinars, customer events and conference participation etc.
Responsible for updating our social media channels (Linkedin and Facebook) and website with content that engages our audience with the latest happenings, news, and insights
Create content that shows our products and brings light to their uniqueness, features, and benefits, and develop them into PR opportunities
Requirements
You feel inspired by our mission and values and are motivated to sell our product to the health industry
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience with product marketing or similar, preferably within technology in a start-up/scale-up environment
A Bachelor’s degree in marketing or similar is considered valuable, but it is not a requirement
You have genuine product curiosity, and preferably an interest in technology and AI
You are a strong teamplayer that actively participates and engages with the team, while also being self-driven and strong in execution
You are comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment and understand that your responsibilities will vary and change as the company grows
You inhabit strong verbal and written communication skills
You challenge the status quo, and are not afraid to propose and try new ideas
Fluent Norwegian is required for this job and to be comfortable with working in an English speaking work environment
