We are now looking for a Product Manager who will contribute to our work on revolutionizing the healthcare sector. The new Product Manager will get the opportunity to shape and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap by effectively communicating and advocating for it within and outside of the company. This position offers an opportunity to influence and contribute to the company’s development going forward. Key responsibilities as our new Product Manager
Lead the end-to-end process of delivering a high-quality product in a cross-functional team
Foster a culture of rapid testing and learning, driving continuous innovation, and promoting collaboration throughout the company
Develop and own the product vision and strategy, effectively communicating and championing it internally and externally
Prioritize the development of essential functionality and identify effective solutions that deliver value to users and customers
Drive the product discovery process, closely collaborating with users and customers to deeply understand their needs
Coordinate closely with partners to ensure seamless integration and an optimal user experience with existing systems
Requirements
Possess a deep passion for our mission and values, demonstrating the drive to build and scale a data and AI company through robust product development
Have a track record of developing and delivering digital products, ideally as a product manager or in a similar role
Exhibit exceptional relationship-building skills with product teams, as well as external and internal stakeholders such as data science, tech, design, and users
Possess a solid understanding of modern product discovery and delivery techniques and methods
Familiarity with data science and analytics, and how to apply them in building intelligent products
Thrive in a startup environment, understanding that your responsibilities will evolve and adapt as the company grows
Experience in healthcare, logistics, and/or AI is advantageous, but not mandatory
Fluent Norwegian is required for this job and to be comfortable with working in an English-speaking work environment
