As our Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales and ensuring customer satisfaction across the region. You will be responsible for developing and implementing the sales strategy, nurturing existing customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for the Nordic region, focusing on achieving revenue targets and profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understand their business needs, and provide tailored solutions.
- Identify new sales opportunities and pursue them with targeted marketing campaigns and sales presentations.
- Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers, both on-site and remotely.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Attend trade shows, industry events, and conferences to network and stay up-to-date with the latest trends in software sales.
- Manage the sales process end-to-end, from lead generation through to contract negotiation and closure.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, ideally in software sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Self-starter and highly motivated, with a growth mindset and a passion for sales.
- Fluent in English and one or more Nordic languages.
