• Create and execute our financial strategy based on your expert knowledge and our company vision
• Work at an intersection of Mamp;A and Finance (leaning towards Mamp;A)
• Contribute to the overall group strategy, keeping a view on the financials
• Be co-responsible for leading our Mamp;A efforts
• Manage the reporting and financials for our offices in Norway, Spain, and Australia
• Consolidate and deliver financial reports to our board and investors
• Ensure CoreMarine's readiness for investment due diligence

Requirements

You might be our Finance amp; Investment Manager if you...

• Have 5-10 years of experience in similar roles (such as Finance Manager, Controller)
• Have direct experience with Mamp;A and ensuring the quality of consolidated financial reports
• Have a Master's degree in Finance
• Are ambitious and would like to accelerate your career development
• See yourself in a Finance Director or CFO role in the future
• Are driven by taking ownership of your work
• Have excellent skills (spoken and written) in Norwegian

Bonus points if you...

• have experience working at a Consulting or Private Equity company
• have worked in the offshore and/or software industries
