Job Description
Inlumi is seeking a skilled Managing Consultant to join their team, focused on Enterprise Performance Management (EPM). Inlumi has a global team of over 250 digital transformation specialists, providing advisory, technology implementation and managed operations services for the office of the CFO. In this role, the successful candidate will work with clients to understand their data and enable them to make better decisions. Inlumi's approach is collaborative, interactive, and values quality and excellence above all else. As a Managing Consultant - EPM, you will help drive this approach, leading projects and using your expertise to ensure successful noiseless implementations.
Responsibilities
- Manage EPM projects and lead project teams
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and develop appropriate solutions
- Deliver high-quality EPM consulting services
- Design and implement EPM solutions using leading technologies
- Mentor and develop team members
- Support sales efforts by participating in proposal development and sales presentations
- Create and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and other team members
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Computer Science
- At least 8 years of experience in EPM Consulting, with proven experience managing a team
- Strong understanding of EPM technologies, such as Oracle Hyperion, SAP BPC, IBM Planning Analytics and OneStream
- Deep knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analysis processes
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to develop strong relationships with clients and partners
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
