We are seeking a talented Business Intelligence Specialist to join our team. As a Business Intelligence Specialist, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, automated, and user-friendly systems, reports, dashboards, etc., using Amazon QuickSight.
Role Scope
- Enhance the design, development, and maintenance of highly scalable, automated, and intuitive systems, reports, dashboards, and more using the powerful capabilities of Amazon QuickSight.
- Engage closely with stakeholders to comprehensively grasp and refine business intelligence (BI) requirements, fostering a collaborative approach throughout the development process.
- Skillfully interpret business needs and employ critical thinking to identify the most effective BI solutions, ensuring they align with the organization's objectives and deliver actionable insights.
- Conduct comprehensive analyses to address a diverse array of requests, efficiently working with data in various formats to extract valuable insights and facilitate data-driven decision-making.
- Actively participate in business analysis activities to proactively gather and document the requirements for the BI system, ensuring a thorough understanding of the business context and needs.
- Provide dedicated support to the BI team when required, actively contributing.
Requierements
- Strong proficiency in Amazon QuickSight.
- Thorough understanding of BI best practices, data visualization, data warehousing, and relational database management systems.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from raw data.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working for NGOs is a plus.
- Good spoken and written communication in English.
