Prioritizing, coordinating, and keeping track of the team’s daily work

Translating product requirements into actionable user stories and use cases, and creating detailed product specifications for engineering teams to develop

Analyzing product performance and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement, and work with cross-functional teams to implement changes

Contributing to shaping the culture and methodology of a fast-growing software house

How you will be doing this

  • Defining your team's vision, strategy, and objectives, and guiding them in executing on them
  • Collaborating closely with the other Aize product teams, departments, and stakeholders

What we have worked on and where we are going

The next years will be all about building amazing applications that our users love, and that will impact an entire industry!

Day-to-day you will be leading one of our agile teams of developers and engineers, guiding them in developing new features, while also collaborating with all the other platform and front-end teams. You’ll also be working closely with various departments throughout Aize.
