In other words, we will use the information you provide here to match you with relevant roles we hire for in the Norwegian market or roles we know about through our larger network of HR professionals. In the form, you can tell us what type of roles and companies you are interested in, so that we can better match you with opportunities you consider exciting and relevant.
Please be advised that we are not offering any ‘fast-tracking’ through processes, as we believe the recruitment process is equally important to you as a candidate as it is to the company that is hiring. We are also advocating for equal treatment and objective evaluation of all candidates. What we may be able to offer is to open doors for initial conversations with exciting companies about interesting roles.

What you can expect if you submit your information here is to be contacted when and if we are successful in spotting an opportunity that we deem relevant to your background and experiences. We will then contact you and present the opportunity to you. If you find the opportunity interesting we will schedule an initial call between you and a representative for the company in question. For some roles, this will be an Amby advisor, for other roles it will be someone else from the company at hand, either from recruitment or the hiring team directly. In this initial call, the focus will be to understand your competency and motivation better and also tell you more about the role and company in question - so that both parties can assess further if there seems to be a great match between you as a candidate and the opportunity at hand. If both parties conclude on proceeding the dialogue you will enter interview rounds with the company at hand.
