This page is part of a larger initiative to help Easee employees who are affected by the recent layoffs. In short, it is our way of paying back to a company we have worked closely with before and sincerely care about, and a way to help people in a challenging situation.

In other words, we will use the information you provide here to match you with relevant roles we hire for in the Norwegian market or roles we know about through our larger network of HR professionals. In the form, you can tell us what type of roles and companies you are interested in, so that we can better match you with opportunities you consider exciting and relevant.
Please be advised that we are not offering any ‘fast-tracking’ through processes, as we believe the recruitment process is equally important to you as a candidate as it is to the company that is hiring. We are also advocating for equal treatment and objective evaluation of all candidates. What we may be able to offer is to open doors for initial conversations with exciting companies about interesting roles.
A bit of information about the clients we work with:
- Industry: Our clients are mainly tech companies, which means they can work across many different industries and range from fintech to health tech, clean tech, security, consultancies, and more.
- Type of roles: The majority of our advisors usually work on technical roles within Engineering and product, but we also have roles within sales, marketing, finance, operations, and more. In addition, our advisors usually work very closely with internal recruitment teams and as such may connect you with a variety of other roles.
- Employment type: Full-time, permanent roles are the most common for us to work on.
- Experience: The majority of roles demand mid to senior experience, but don't be shy if you are a junior or even an executive. As mentioned, we collaborate with others who serve different seniority levels, and occasionally also work on these levels ourselves.
What you can expect if you submit your information here is to be contacted when and if we are successful in spotting an opportunity that we deem relevant to your background and experiences. We will then contact you and present the opportunity to you. If you find the opportunity interesting we will schedule an initial call between you and a representative for the company in question. For some roles, this will be an Amby advisor, for other roles it will be someone else from the company at hand, either from recruitment or the hiring team directly. In this initial call, the focus will be to understand your competency and motivation better and also tell you more about the role and company in question - so that both parties can assess further if there seems to be a great match between you as a candidate and the opportunity at hand. If both parties conclude on proceeding the dialogue you will enter interview rounds with the company at hand.
