At DOF, we take pride in our commitment to excellence and our global reach. The DOF Treasury team plays a crucial role in supporting DOF Group ASA and all our group companies worldwide. Currently, our Treasury department comprises over 5 highly skilled professionals located in the vibrant city of Bergen, Norway.
As the Treasury Manager, you will play a pivotal role within our corporate finance team and report directly to the Group Head of Treasury. Your primary responsibilities will encompass cash management, loan administration, and financial forecasting.
Additionally, an essential aspect of this role is to maintain and develop the financial strategies that will help drive our continued success in the industry. We are seeking a forward-thinking professional who can bring fresh ideas and innovative solutions to our treasury operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize cash management for the organisation
- Administer loans and financial agreements, ensuring compliance and efficiency
- Lead and develop financial forecasting and risk management strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance treasury processes
- Monitor market trends and financial regulations to ensure compliance and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA or CFA is a plus
- Proven experience in treasury management or a related financial role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and market trends
- Exceptional leadership and communication abilities
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment
