Free educational programs where we, together with our partners, will help 100.000 Ukrainians shape their future through education, upskilling, and employment.
We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team. This position will play a key role in supporting our organization’s human resources needs and ensuring the smooth operation of our HR department.
Role Scope
- Assist the HR team in onboarding new hires, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Prepare necessary paperwork and documentation for new employees.
- Create TEEI accounts for new hires.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Assist in creating policies, procedures, and training materials.
- Ensure effective sharing of HR-related information with relevant stakeholders.
- Good level of spoken/written English.
Requirements
- Experience in HR administration, preferably in the nonprofit sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Proficient in using G-Suite, Slack, Monday, and other tools.
