Join us as our new Lead Engineer
We are looking for another member to join our Engineering Team:a working environment consisting of highly educated, skilled, positive, innovative, and enthusiastic employees. As a Lead Engineer, you will support the Project Technical Manager as and when requested by undertaking; identify variances, project review, preparation of project status report as well as providing technical insight to project teams.
You will be comfortable working across the entire project cycle dealing with the interesting and challenging, through the everyday and routine. Manage and follow up of sea-fastening and installation aids, the design, manufacture, assembly and testing of tooling packages. Prepare and manage preparations of all necessary installation engineering document including lifting design, analysis, procedures and as built documentation. You will be familiar with mobilisation, marine operations and demobilisation activities, and you pride yourself on your technical skills from the basis of your experience. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, or Master of Engineering qualification
- 8-10 years relevant experience
- Management of subcontractos and subcontractors
- Inner drive, proactive and self-motivated to take lead in project deliverables
- A strong understanding and commitment to HSEQ
- Enjoy working in a collaborative environment where we share our success
- Excellent written, and oral communication skills, in English
- Ability to effectively prioritize and deliver within deadlines
- Ability to work proactive and independently with complex projects and with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to work in and be sensitive to a multi-cultural environment, encompassing different nationalities and working across borders
