Lime is looking for a skilled Senior Analyst to join our Fleet Operations team, specializing in data infrastructure and analytics. Our Global Operations unit dedicates efforts to devise robust strategies and innovative tools for efficiently utilizing and managing electric vehicles to meet customer needs. In this pivotal role, you'll collaborate closely with operational teams across 31 countries and engage with globally-focused counterparts (such as Product, Data Science, and Data Engineering teams) to refine and enhance tools used by our local partners daily.

- Support our local teams around the world with ad-hoc battery and vehicle data analysis
- Develop our battery and vehicle data infrastructure to create robust data tables and warehouses, enabling both local and global partners to conduct critical analysis on day-to-day operations of the business (i.e. battery utilization, efficiency, and possessions)
- Build and enhance our current reporting to provide our partners with answers to their most frequently asked questions
- Tell our story through data by developing robust charts and graphs that will be distributed company-wide
About you:
- 2 - 5 years of work experience within Operations, Finance, Consulting, or analyst-type roles. An analytical mindset with an inquisitive nature
- Advanced Google Sheets, data management skills
- Strong SQL and dashboard management skills
- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to articulate concepts to both technical and non-technical individuals
- Comfortable learning and adapting to new concepts and using new tools
- Willing to travel 10% of the time
The anticipated salary range for this position is $87,000.00 - $133,000.00. Equity and benefits may be provided as part of the compensation package, depending on the position offered. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. Exact salary will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate's skills, experience and other qualifications as well as the candidate's location of residence. In addition to base salary, some roles may be eligible for a variable bonus based on a combination of company performance, employee performance, and management discretion.
