As our senior quality assurance test engineer, you will be responsible reviewing requirements defining and implementing test plans and reports for the QA manual testing team and help the company to improve QA processes by implementing procedures/processes in the whole lifecycle of the product. You will be responsible for reporting and tracking defects found during testing, and ensure that test data, test results, technical information and other details are documented and up to date. In the role as senior QA engineer you will work closely with many stakeholders in the company to achieve highest possible product quality:
- Ramp;D teams: To understand requirements of new features (both hardware and software). This includes assisting in the coordination of integration and regression testing between all software stacks.
- Production: To help review requirements and improve existing processes for end-of-line testing to ensure that all robots meet all quality requirements before going to customers. Assist in making inline- and end-of-line testing automatic using physical jigs and/or automatic software tests.
- QA manual testing team: To help define test plans, functional requirements and processes for functional testing. You will also be responsible for quantifying test results in reports.
- Support and deployment team: To ensure that all functional requirements are met at customer sites and identify gaps in existing functional requirements.
- Automatic testing using simulations and HIL to validate end-to-end solutions.
- QMS.
- Robot-in-loop testing.
- Testing PCBs using bed of nails.
- Develop test scripts to automate test sequences.
- B.Eng., M.Eng. or M.Sc. degree in QA, Software Engineering, Mechatronics, production or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 3+ years proven experience leading engineering teams with testing, integration and/or quality assurance domain expertise.
- Proven expertise as a Senior QA Test Engineer in dynamic industries, with a preference for robotics or similar high-tech sectors.
- Proficient in programming languages such as C, C++, Rust, or Python.
- Experience with manual testing frameworks MS Azure DevOps Test Plans for scenarios where autonomous testing is not feasible.
- Hands-on experience with testing IOT products.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
