Job overview:
As a CRM Administrator at Rystad Energy, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management, maintenance, and optimization of our Sugar CRM system. The ideal candidate is a hands-on professional with a strong technical background, effective communication skills and an eye for detail. This role requires a proactive individual who can ensure data accuracy, implement system enhancements and maintain and optimize our CRM system effectively.
Responsibilities:
- CRM Management:
- Configure, maintain and manage the CRM system (SugarCRM) to ensure accurate data storage and optimal performance.
- Customize the CRM to align with business processes, workflows, and data requirements.
- Coordinate and oversee system upgrades, integrations, testing, bug fixes and implementation, collaborating with the Tech team when necessary.
- Develop and enforce rules and guidelines to govern the use of the CRM system.
- Data Integrity and Quality:
- Regularly clean and de-duplicate data to maintain a high level of accuracy and reliability.
- Implement data validation rules and procedures to prevent errors and ensure consistent data entry.
- User Support and Training:
- Provide training and onboarding to new users, ensuring they are proficient in using the CRM system for their purposes.
- Stay informed about the latest Sugar CRM features and independently design and run effective training programs tailored to different user levels.
- Act as a point of contact for CRM-related queries, providing timely support, troubleshooting issues, and addressing inquiries related to CRM functionality and best practices.
- Assist in creating and maintaining customized reports and dashboards, and visualizations to provide insights into customer behavior, trends, and performance.
- Process Improvement:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process optimization using the CRM.
- Design and implement automation workflows to streamline repetitive tasks and enhance productivity.
- Security and Compliance:
- Implement security measures to safeguard sensitive customer data and ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations, including GDPR.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings to ensure data confidentiality.
- Documentation:
- Maintain thorough documentation of CRM configurations, rules and processes.
Potential qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a CRM Administrator or similar role.
- Demonstrated proficiency in CRM platforms such as SugarCRM, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, etc. Experience with SugarCRM is an advantage.
- Familiarity with data management best practices and data protection regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Can work in a hectic environment and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to work across functions and levels of the organization.
- Certification in CRM administration is a plus, but not required.
The position is located at our headquarters in Oslo, Norway. The selected candidate will report to the Senior Operations Manager of Sales amp; Marketing and will work closely with the international Marketing, Commercial and Client Solutions teams, as well as the Operations team and the Tech team.
