Job Description

Join us as our new Project Control Manager

In this role, you'll be pivotal in developing progress measurement tools and ensuring standard project management processes are being followed to ensure the quality of project deliverables. You will be responsible for conducting audits on projects and providing regular reporting in order to track project status, ensure adherence to project management processes and highlighting areas for improvement.

As a Project Control Manager you will have responsibility for;

  • Promoting a culture focused on cost reduction and cost accountability throughout the project teams
  • Development of progress measurement tools, utilizing appropriate weightings, earned value assessment, physical actual percentage completion and productivity assessment
  • Monitor document deliverables' progress to identify delays early and implement mitigation plans promptly
  • Assist in development of resourcing plans to ensure efficient and cost-effective project execution
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with the company's Business Management System
  • Assist in establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and identifying potential risks, implementing mitigation strategies, and monitoring their effectiveness throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

  • Relevant university degree within Economics/Finance, Management, Engineering or other business-related disciplines
  • Minimum of 10-15 years relevant industry experience
  • Experience from project management, preferably within the offshore/subsea sector
  • Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
  • Thorough knowledge of subsea technology and operations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Packages - Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Project
  • Highly confident, self-motivated and self-disciplined person with sound management and organizational skills
  • Good communication and interaction skills
  • Good organizational skills and smart working methods
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate interaction with the employees
  • Good working knowledge of the company Business Management System
