Do you want to work for one of the most interesting companies on the Oslo Stock Exchange?
As part of DOFs corporate team we are seeking an experienced and motivated candidate to fill this dynamic role. In this position you will be central in supporting DOF's continued growth and strategy by enhancing investor outreach and confidence.
As our Head of Investor Relations, you will have the responsibility of overseeing investor relations for the Group, establishing and coordinating contact between the company and financial market stakeholders. Working closely with executive management, finance teams, global commercial tender teams and corporate communications, you will ensure optimal coverage from research analysts and effective outreach to investors. You will be the main contact person for investors, handling inquiries and nurturing relationships to improve shareholder engagement.
Your day-to-day tasks will involve following up on equity analysts and coordinating the preparation of the "equity story." Additionally, you will be responsible for conveying feedback from investors to the management and the Board. Furthermore, you will play a key role in developing investor materials and planning and participating in roadshows and investor meetings.

Requirements
- Applicants must possess a relevant university degree at Master level within Finance, Business, Technical, or any other area that is pertinent to the Oil amp; Gas industry
- Experience in the field of Finance
- Preferably experience in investor relations from a publicly listed company, or from equity research
- Sound understanding of financial reporting, accounting, and capital markets
- Interest in offshore industry
- Excellent presentation skills
- International work experience
- Proficiency in English
