Join us as our new Crewing Coordinator
As a Crewing Coordinator, you will be one of four members in DOFs Crewing department, a dynamic and collaborative team of motivated, positive, and enthusiastic employees. You will be the key person responsible for crewing and coordinating offshore personnel. Your diverse range of responsibilities will include sourcing candidates, as well as building and maintaining strong relationships with our existing personnel. Additionally, you will play a vital role in preparing roster updates, work schedules, and personnel manning. In this role, you will also assist with organizing visa applications, work permits, and project-specific training. Requirements
- Relevant university degree within Human Resources, Logistics, Finance amp; Administration, Management, Psychology, or similar (Experience can compensate for lack of formal competency).
- Maritime industry knowledge and/or interest
- Good written, and oral communication skills, in English
- Highly service minded, enthusiastic and solution oriented
- Ability to effectively prioritize and deliver within deadlines
This position is reporting to the Crewing Manager
Office location is Marineholmen, Bergen
