Location
Two is a remote-friendly company with a flexible working policy that caters to both onsite and remote teams. Our Operations team is distributed across our talent hubs in London and Oslo, therefore an ideal candidate would be based in one of these locations.
About the role
The Operations team comprises several verticals including Customer Support, Risk and Collections. We are in search of a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Manager primarily focused on Collections and operational excellence. This role entails overseeing day-to-day operations for timely repayments from our buyers, continuously improving internal processes to optimise our collections efforts, leveraging automation where relevant, as well as instilling operational excellence within the vertical. Effective communication and problem-solving skills are imperative, both internally within the organisation and externally with stakeholders. Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, alongside a comprehensive understanding of collections laws and regulations, are essential for success in this role.
