Prokura is a leading young consultancy company within Procurement and Supply Chain Management located in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, London, and Germany. We are therefore seeking an Associate Partner, to help grow and develop our practice in Oslo. You will be a part of a specialist team of leaders in their field, being supported by the extensive resources of our parent company, Kearney. Joining Prokura as an Associate Partner presents a compelling opportunity to be a part of building and developing the Norwegian office. You will work closely with the Partner amp; Head of Norway, in developing clients and portfolios, training and supporting junior resources, and taking ownership of projects as a trusted advisor to our clients. You will become part of the international partner network and participate in various discussions and decisions that influence the entire organization across borders. Your profile

  • Excellent academic records with a master’s degree from a leading University
  • Competent in procurement/supply chain with 8+ years of experience in strategic procurement, production, distribution, sales and operations planning, and/ or operations strategy
  • Strong track record of relevant industry or functional post-graduate work experience showing progress/ promotion
  • Robust people leadership skills and an exemplary track record in providing client satisfaction
  • Business acquisition competences and a network in place that can be developed into a client base
  • Deep knowledge of sourcing methodology and tools and proven track record of project management
  • Excellent academic records from a leading University or University of Applied Sciences
  • Excellent analytical skills, logical and structured thinking, creative in problem solving
  • A role model and inspiring leader
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
  • Fluent in English both written and oral
