We are currently seeking an Engagement Manager to join our team and help us drive our mission forward.
As an Engagement Manager, you will be acting as a bridge between students, volunteers, and various student-facing teams within our organization. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to gather valuable feedback, curate compelling content, and foster a collaborative environment that prioritizes student success.
Role Scope
- Design and implement methods to gather feedback from students, volunteers, and other stakeholders (surveys, interviews, focus groups).
- Analyze feedback data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with student-facing teams to ensure feedback is incorporated into decision-making processes.
- Develop strategies to collect a variety of content that showcases the student experience (images, quotes, videos, stories).
- Work with students and volunteers to capture authentic narratives and testimonials.
- Build strong relationships with student-facing teams (e.g., student life, academics, career services) to ensure a cohesive student experience.
- Identify opportunities for cross-functional collaboration to address student needs.
Requirements
- Experience in a role related to student engagement, community outreach, or feedback analysis.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Experience with project management and data analysis is a plus.
- Passion for creating positive student experiences and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey our mission and goals
- Good spoken/written level of English.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
