We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Influencer Marketing Manager to join our team. As an Influencer Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing strategies to help raise awareness and support for our educational programs and initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and social impact, as well as excellent relationship-building and communication skills. You should have a strong understanding of social media platforms and trends, and be able to identify influencers who can help amplify our message.
Role Scope
- Research and identify potential influencer partners across various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Identify and engage with influencers who align with our mission and values.
- Develop and execute outreach strategies to cultivate strong relationships with relevant influencers.
- Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial collaborations.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of influencer marketing campaigns and provide insights and recommendations.
- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, creative) to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Track campaign performance using relevant metrics (reach, engagement, conversions).
- Develop ongoing communication channels to keep influencers engaged and informed about brand updates.
Requirements
- Proven experience in influencer marketing, preferably in the nonprofit sector.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing trends.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
