We are currently looking for a SVP Digitalization to help us #PowerTheChange
You will own the development and execution of Aker Solution’s digital improvement agenda in order to radically increase competitiveness.
You will also lead the overall Information Technology operations and continuous development throughout the company. Both Digitalization and IT’s aim is to change and transform the way we operate, building new offerings and services, and by this creating lasting sustainable business value across the entire value chain, and value to our customers.
Requirements
- Detailed experience in creating digital roadmaps at a local and global scale.
- An ability to work with clients in a consultative way; helping them translate their business objectives into digital strategies.
- Extensive experience in working with multi-skilled teams on projects that touch a range of technical platforms.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships across stakeholder groups with the ability to effectively influence and communicate across various segments at senior levels within the organization.
- Extensive experience in running large scale digital transformation programs in mid to big size enterprises.
- Master or Bachelor degree

- Own Aker Solutions digital strategy and associated roadmap of transformation initiatives
- Actively originate and shape digital opportunities within our business
- Aggregate overall business case for Digital opportunities within Aker Solutions
- Determine key influencers and empower them with tools to promote branding and corporate messages.
- Keep up with market innovation to maintain a fresh digital and information technology strategies.
- Develop fact-based metrics and rigorous process to determine and measure the ROI of digital efforts.
- Work across the organization to break down data silos, engender a digital culture and build a digital business technology platform.
- Seeks to enhance the company technical performance increasing short-term performance, but also meeting long-term strategic objectives
- Collaborate with multiple departments creating relationships with management in order to gain approval for their recommendations.
