Requirements
- Higher education (Bachelors or Masters) within a relevant field - business, science, tech, administration, entrepreneurship, to name a few.
- Experience as an executive, entrepreneur, management consultant, investment banker, or other relevant, high-pace roles
- Solid track record in business development or project management
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Comfortable with ambiguity and a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:
- Establish branch objectives and key results (OKRs)
- Pamp;L responsibility for Norway
- Drive growth and profitability
- Lead and motivate a team of managers
- Be the driving force for the branch (motivate team)
- Work closely with top management to ensure values and mission are carried out
- Lead resource allocation and ensure optimal utilization of staff (for the branch)
- Smash yearly targets
- Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations
- Responsible for supplier portfolio, contracts, and renewals (local)
- Responsible for data quality (ensure that numbers and budgets are correct)
- Handle all operations-related activity (non-project related)
- Quality control of onboarding, management, and exit of employees from an administrational point of view
- Lead financial forecasting, management, controlling, data amp; reporting.
- Drive growth through client acquisition and key account management
