Kvant aims to become a preferred global recruitment and consulting agency, that enables businesses to reach targets by aligning corporate strategy and talent strategy. We believe in increasing value for our clients by combining deep industry knowledge with a data driven and customer centric process. Kvant was launched in february 2020 and has experienced rapid growth and are currently working with several exciting clients, ranging from Tech startups to large international corporations. Our focus is within finance, business development and strategy, and our mission is to help our clients build great teams with the right talent for their purpose.
The team currently consists of two former management consultants that have succeeded in several roles in the corporate world. Using our domain knowledge and best practices from consulting, we are creating a game changing business that aims to be a household name among consultants and large corporates within a short timeframe. We are still in our 1st year of operations and are already seeing a very positive market response to our offerings. This entails a significant amount of projects, and we have reached the point where we need to look for the next superstar to join the team. We are thus now on the lookout for an exceptional individual to support Kvant’s CEO and COO on the journey to create a global recruiting and consulting agency.
As an intern you will work closely on day-day operations, as well as involvement in several strategic core areas. You will experience a lot of learning, and we will make it a top priority to mentor you and help you thrive and succeed.

Main tasks responsibilities will include the following:
PURPOSE:
- Kick-start your career with us, and help build Kvant as well as enabling our clients to work better and smarter in building great teams.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Take an active role in project teams together with management
- Build a strong network of national and international candidates
- Contribute to ongoing updates of candidate- and client databases
- Manage candidate-portfolio and handle incoming applications
- Distribute the job advertisement in relevant channels and networks
- Map and initiate contact with relevant candidates
- Screen candidates and assist team in interviews
- Coordinate interviews and final evaluations with candidates and clients
- Conduct reference checks
- Handle ongoing tasks on demand
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- You are in the last year of a BSc / MSc within relevant fields
- Business acumen, proactiveness and result-orientation
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English AND Norwegian
- Outstanding stamina! A startup is a marathon, not a sprint.
