Our Recruiters are responsible for the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, driving candidate pipeline, nurturing authentic relationships with candidates, and guiding strong hiring manager partnerships. What You'll Do

Full Recruitment Life Cycle

  • Design high velocity, scaleable recruitment strategies with equity, inclusion, and diversity at its core
  • Identify, build, and cultivate diverse talent pipelines and passive sourcing strategies across
  • Standardize how candidates are interviewed and evaluated, in order to make sure everyone is assessed against the same technical bar
  • Help refine Cognite's employer branding and value proposition on both paid and organic channels
  • Own the interview scheduling process and communicate logistics to both candidates and hiring teams
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to improve on recruiting process and efficiency
  • Build and share staffing metrics, dashboards, and reports to enable leaders to make informed decisions, increase productivity, and create efficiencies to support business goals


Are you.
  • A Recruiter with around 5-6yrs experience from the tech industry?
  • Experienced hiring technical and/or commercial roles (Customer success, Solution Architects, Project Managers, Data Engineers to name a few)
  • Up for the challenge of finding and engaging with the most sought after candidates?
  • Frequently described as talkative? If so, great, this is the team for you!
  • Great at making first impressions? You’ll be one of the first people a candidate engages with.
  • Data driven and willing to #makedatadomore?
  • Able to find unique and novel ways to engage with candidates and attract them?
  • Willing to learn? Whether its IT jargon, systems, architecture, processes, workflows, or how the coffee machine works.
  • An excellent communicator in English? Both written and verbal?
  • Glass half full or half empty? We’re looking for the former :)
  • Able to work in an unstructured and fast paced environment?
