Building on the back of a leading SaaS product which has empowered and assisted shift workers for over a decade, what we do has become particularly relevant in the new age of distanced-managed employment and medical mobilization.
With an increasing demand for our solution across multiple sectors, we continue to grow our customer base and with that our team. Therefore, we are excited to announce that we are looking for another Swedish-speaking Customer Onboarding Consultant as part of our Customer Success team, located either in Oslo or our Copenhagen headquarters.
Your Role:
Imagine Tracy, who is the HR manager in a medium-sized hospitality business. She wants to make sure payroll is managed without mistakes. She also wants her staff to be onboarded smoothly. Or let’s consider Alycia, who works as the central scheduling manager in a hospice. Her job is to staff the right people, with the right skills, at the right time and place.
Tracy and Alycia are everyday heroes who make the day work for hundreds of people.?Both Tracy and Alycia rely on a subscription to Planday to do their jobs.Planday's Customer Success (CS) team ensures that clients like Alycia and Tracy are able to make the most of their Planday subscription.
For our customers to be able to use Planday effectively from day one, we rely on our Customer Onboarding Team, which helps our new customers to set up their individual Planday platform according to their needs. As part of this team, you will:
- look after international portfolios of shift-based businesses
- ensure that our customers have the knowledge they need to make their scheduling and HR management processes simpler and more efficient
- work with new customers to facilitate custom Planday implementation, product setup and ongoing customer support
- act as an internal representative of your customers to our internal product/engineering team
Requirements
As our ideal Customer Onboarding Consultant, you are eager to help people around you. You see solutions instead of problems and have worked in a fast-paced customer service and/or IT support role before. Additionally, you:
- are professionally fluent in English (as this is our company language) as well as Swedish
- understand the logic of IT systems, and easily learn new systems
- are driven, creative, respectful and curious, with strong time management skills
- are good at working independently, but always with an eye towards sharing your knowledge and success with others
- It is a plus if you have experience using Planday from a previous workplace and/or if you have working knowledge of HR system, payroll systems or working time rules.
For these roles we are open to entry level candidates with some work exposure, who are looking to start or continue their budding careers in Customer Success. The most important thing is that you know this is what you want to do, and that you can demonstrate what you will add to our team - we are a close group and enjoy working together very much!
