Building on the back of a leading SaaS product which has empowered and assisted shift workers for over a decade, what we do has become particularly relevant in the new age of distanced-managed employment and medical mobilization.
With an increasing demand for our solution across multiple sectors, we continue to grow our customer base and with that our team. Therefore, we are excited to announce that we are looking for another Swedish-speaking Customer Onboarding Consultant as part of our Customer Success team, located either in Oslo or our Copenhagen headquarters.
Your Role:
Imagine Tracy, who is the HR manager in a medium-sized hospitality business. She wants to make sure payroll is managed without mistakes. She also wants her staff to be onboarded smoothly. Or letβs consider Alycia, who works as the central scheduling manager in a hospice. Her job is to staff the right people, with the right skills, at the right time and place.
Tracy and Alycia are everyday heroes who make the day work for hundreds of people.?Both Tracy and Alycia rely on a subscription to Planday to do their jobs.Planday's Customer Success (CS) team ensures that clients like Alycia and Tracy are able to make the most of their Planday subscription.
For our customers to be able to use Planday effectively from day one, we rely on our Customer Onboarding Team, which helps our new customers to set up their individual Planday platform according to their needs. As part of this team, you will:
