The Maintenance Management System (MMS) team is a global technical support function with a main responsibility to administrate the maintenance system (TM Master), used by all vessels and subsea assets in the DOF Group. The team includes resources in DOF Management AS and DOF Brazil, but work as one team across regions, and provides support to both vessels and subsea assets. We are now looking for a motivated candidate with extensive experience in Planned Maintenance Systems and subsea asset management.
Main work task will be:
- Participate in global technical support/ MMS team with focus on subsea asset
- Follow up of maintenance system interfaces and issues
- Improve and rebuild TM Master database for assets in close cooperation with other technical departments
- TM Master functionality
- Assist in daily support and solving assigned tasks in MMS service desk tool
- Actively contribute to standardize and continuously improve the maintenance system
- Assist in technical KPI and maintenance analysis and delivery of performance reports
- Participate in audits and training in use of the maintenance management system, including MMS reviews onboard
- Other system -/ technical support as agreed
Requirements
- Relevant Bachelor or Masters degree and at least 5 years of experience. Experience can compensate for lack of formal competency
- Experience from database building in maintenance system
- Extensive experience from maintenance system and subsea asset management
- Structured and self-going
- Service minded
- Team player
- Fluent in both Norwegian and English
