The nuts and the bolts of the role
As a Manager at First Engineers, you are responsible for managing a team of talented and ambitious individuals. You will offer development and guidance and have the Pamp;L responsibility for your own team, as well as the overall responsibility for client, candidate, and employee satisfaction. You will be working hands-on with your own recruitment projects, which will be an important part of the role.
Responsibilities
- Inspire and mentor the team to reach objectives
- Resource allocation and planning
- Recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees
- Identify and take action on competency gaps and under-performance
- Coach and manage the performance of team members
- Promotion planning
- Plan social activities for the team
- Part of management discussions to solve bottlenecks and challenges
- Contribute to improving management guidelines and principles
Requirements
- Higher education (bachelors or masters) within a relevant field - HR, business, tech, administration, to name a few
- 3+ years experience with recruitment/the HR function
- Experience with leading end-to-end recruitment processes
- Solid knowledge of sourcing and assessment
- Track record within project management
- Ability to build strong client relationships
- Great interpersonal skills and management potential
