Job Description

Deliver incredible experiences to Unloc users.

As a part of our growing product team you’ll spend most of your time interacting directly with our users and ensuring that they have an amazing Unloc experience. As a Support Specialist you also have the opportunity to become specialized in focus areas like product development, customer success or marketing. All in all, you will help achieve our mission of simplifying everything with keys

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide outstanding user and customer support
  • Hands-on troubleshooting of technical issues
  • Influence the product roadmap by identifying and informing on support insights, challenges and strategic opportunities
  • Work with sales and tech teams to identify key challenges and implement scalable solutions.
  • Create compelling customer stories and content that communicate our brand story, bold vision and our value proposition to various stakeholders.
  • Work with design and marketing teams and create visual, verbal and written marketing materials for digital channels.


We are looking for you with:

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree (or relevant experience) with technical customer service, support, content creation, or similar
  • Enjoys the puzzle of solving open-ended problems
  • Enjoys talking about technical concepts, has great analytical skills, and will be comfortable explaining how Unloc works to a range of audiences
  • Can empathize with users and quickly grasp the issues they’re facing
  • Interest in learning more about the problems we solve for people, and becoming a subject expert within each of our customers’ domains
  • Enjoys writing, and doing so quickly and clearly (you need to be fluent and highly proficient in English and Norwegian)
  • Enjoys leveraging data to make decisions and get to the root cause of customer needs
  • Exemplary writing skills and proficiency in developing graphical content
  • Analytical mindset, with excellent problem solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative team player with a get it done attitude
  • Is able to also work evenings and weekends (you can take days off in lieu)
