What you will be doing
Gelato works with thousands of entrepreneurs and companies. Reaching and converting them into repeat customers requires authentic, effective, and customer-driven communication and performance marketing. In this position you will have the opportunity to drive and develop Gelato’s marketing campaigns and strategy.
- Make Gelato a leader within digital marketing by tracking trends, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition.
- Drive customer engagement and repeat sales through effective content marketing
- Plan and execute all web, database marketing, email and social media campaigns
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Deep-dive into Google analytics to set goals, drive conversions and analyze metrics
- Use data to craft effective segmentation to existing and new customers
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Identify critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels
- Contribute to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed.

You may be a good fit if you:
- Have excellent written and oral English skills, our working language
- Have extensive experience with social media campaigns and performance marketing
- Master digital marketing tools including Facebook Business manager, Linkedin ads manager, Google Analytics and CRM
- Get excited by using data for segmentation and to constantly improve results
- You are just as driven by strategy as you are by being operative
- You embrace new technology to measure, adjust and achieve better results
- You are curious and seek new challenges, learn new tools and techniques
