The Cognite Academy delivers onboarding workshops, self-service technical documentation, and training content to help users, developers, and partners get the most out of Cognite’s software products.
To drive adoption, engagement, and retention and to increase customer satisfaction, we work in close cooperation with other teams and domain experts in Cognite.
We’re looking for a skilled technical writer to join our team. You will work closely with the other Academy team members and with our engineering teams to communicate complex information clearly, consistently, and concisely. You will be a part of a team of four tech writers in Oslo, so we can offer you a strong professional environment with lots to share and learn. We use agile methodologies and a docs-as-code workflow, and you can expect to have a high degree of autonomy and a significant impact on our product terminology and design.
