THE MISSION

Reporting to the Head of Department, you will:

  • Assist the Mission design:
    • Piloting the flight submission process for a dedicated mission
    • Piloting the ground Payload submission process for this mission
  • Monitor the safety rules specific to Norway and comply with them
  • be the ASC technical contact person for subjects relating to mission range status
  • Bring technical contribution to the construction of the flight suitability file during reviews (FRR, RRR amp; LRR) or during technical crisis meetings

Requirements

WHO YOU ARE AND WHAT YOU HAVE

Musts:

  • A graduate of an engineering school or an equivalent in European University, holding at least 2 years of experience in the space sector
  • The candidate ideally has:
    • expertise in safety range domain
    • knowledge of the Laws in Space Operation
  • Passionate about new space, curious and eager to learn
  • Driven to deliver and constantly push the boundaries
  • Bring a positive attitude and a solution-oriented approach to daily challenges
  • Adventurous spirit and self-starter personality
  • Take ownership and accountability for your own actions and mistakes
  • Humble and willing to go out of your way to help others
  • Can-do attitude and outstanding communication skills
  • Fluent English

Nice-to-haves:

  • The job requests to be a permanent Norway resident. Speaking Norwegian is considered an asset
