Job Description

We are looking for a reliable Logistics Coordinator to facilitate communication between production, sales, and distribution stages to promote a healthy and efficient supply chain.

The goal is to manage the entire order cycle so as to enhance business development and ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction.


  • Strategically manage logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services.
  • Keep track of quality, quantity, incoming stock, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency.
  • Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements.
  • Comply with laws, regulations, and ISO requirements.
  • Receiving and dispatching goods and verifying movements of stock globally.
  • Checking purchase orders.
  • Follow up with suppliers globally.
  • Entering data into a database.
  • Managing incoming and outgoing invoices.

Requirements

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent customer service and client relations skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
  • Understanding of the supply chain, including common obstacles and effective solutions.
  • BS in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain.
  • Effective communication, including writing, speaking, and interpersonal communication.
  • English proficiency. Spanish is a plus.
