We are looking for a creative and ambitious Content Manager to join our growing team in Norway. The candidate we are looking for tells sharp and inspiring marketing stories and loves writing. You are not afraid to take on a challenge and will enhance our brand content creation and strategic efforts with storytelling best practices and excellent copywriting expertise. Developing engaging content in various formats is in your nature, and with you, we will further our efforts in building brand awareness, attracting, and retaining both talents and customers. You will play a key role in securing our digital presence and sales, and will truly be a valued member of our team.
- Contribute to content marketing strategies and set short-term goals
- Undertake content marketing initiatives to achieve business targets
- Chase down and craft engaging stories
- Develop editorial calendar, and ensure deadlines are met
- Deliver engaging content on a regular basis and inspire team members
- Industry and market research to be on top of relevant topics
- Edit, proofread and improve content
- Optimise content considering SEO and Google Analytics
- Receive customer feedback and generate ideas to increase customer engagement
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Content marketing manager or similar
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English
- A storyteller with editorial mindset with an ability to predict audience preferences
- Ability to make complex concepts easily available for the target audience
- Expertise in how to write for social media
- Project management skills and attention to detail
- Experience from PR/corporate communication a plus
- BSc degree in Marketing, Journalism or relevant field
