We develop state-of-the-art software applications for the energy industry, transforming the way concept studies, engineering, construction and operation is done by our customers.
Our applications bring together engineering, manufacturing and live-streamed operational data, empowering companies with coherent data across assets and life cycle phases. The applications we develop helps users to design, engineer, construct and collaborate in a more intuitive and efficient way, and spans across the whole life cycle of an asset.
We are looking for an engaged, curious and collaborative Head or Renewables that wants to take part in the digital transformation of the energy industry. You’ll translate ideas into strategy and features, and follow product development from start to finish. To succeed in this role, you should be a perceptive and creative leader and a reliable problem-solver. If you’re also confident and have a knack for knowing what ideas will and won’t work, we’d like to meet you.The selected candidate will be part of an innovative and growing software house in Oslo.

- Develop and implement product strategies consistent with company vision
- Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and end products
- Work with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps
- Lead product managers, developers and coordinate cross-functional teams
- Produce and review product requirements documents
- Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule
- Make creative recommendations to expand product base and vision
- Suggest ways to track product use and impact on end users
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role
- Experience in product lifecycle management
- Background in software development and program management is preferred
- Background from business development is a plus
- Experience from project execution or operations within the energy sector is a plus
- Familiarity with Agile framework
- Organizational and leadership abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Creative thinking skills
- MSc/MA/MBA, or BSc/BA, in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field
