Job Description
Aize develops software-as-a-service (SaaS) products that fundamentally change how our customer's design, build and operate complex industrial assets. Our software products will enable the seamless exchange of information between stakeholders throughout the value chain, and over the life cycle of an asset. We help users to design, engineer, construct and collaborate in a more intuitive and efficient way, improving efficiency, profitability and quality for the betterment of society.
We are looking for an engaged, and highly skilled individual to Lead our AI and Data Science branch - in our newly established Innovation department. He or she is passionate about software development and wants to be part of an innovative and growing software house. Last but not least, the right person is someone who genuinely wants to take part in the digital transformation of the energy industry.
In short, you will:
- Take part in building software products with significant industrial impact
- Integrate analytical capabilities with expert domain knowledge
- Build and manage our AI and Data Science team recruit the talent needed to build a winning team

Requirements
- You should have a strong problem-solving ability and a knack for statistical analysis.
- You are curious, self-driven, and with a strong ability to apply data science to solve business challenges
- You exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills
- You are open-minded and co-operate well with others; actively sharing knowledge, experience and information
- You have 10+ years of experience with data science and AI
- You have experience from managing and mentoring data scientists
- You are tech savvy, with a MS or PhD in mathematics, statistics, computer science, or a related field
