Unloc has been growing rapidly since our incorporation in 2017, and today we are a team of 39 creative and collaborate people. We are all shareholders in the company. Unloc is a digital company, and software is at the core of our business. We build the world’s digital keychain that fits all locks. And we are just getting started.

We are now looking for a new sales and marketing person to join our residential real estate team. Today's team is small and agile, and we talk to a lot of interesting existing and new customers every day. You will work closely with our sales team, customer success team, and product team. In collaboration, we strive to replace key hassle with everyday magic.

Unloc is one of the most easily understood and frequently used proptech products. If you really like proptech, but feel like everything is taking too long, this is a great opportunity to get hands-on experience with really exciting technology without having to deeply understand subjects like AI or data science.

Your main responsibility will be reaching out to top prospects within the residential real estate market, focusing on facility and property management, working to create long term partnerships with our customers' stakeholders, help our customers commercialize the key solutions they build together with Unloc (see OBOS-nøkkel as an example), signing up pilot customers together with them, planning sales and marketing activities, and more. You will report to our Head of Sales.

Requirements

  • Solid sales track record
  • Data-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • General interest and understanding of digital technology
  • Flexible mindset and can rapidly adjust to change
  • Contributes proactively to establishing a winning culture where we want to win as a team, and celebrate colleague and customer wins
  • Self driven
  • Exemplary soft skills
  • Proficient in both Norwegian and english

It would be nice if you have:

  • Experience with customer success work
  • Experience with digital marketing tools (like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager)
  • High ambitions and desire to make a difference
