As a part of our growth strategy, we are looking for a highly skilled and ambitious Country Manager with a solid foundation within Business Development, Sales and Technology to establish and develop our business in Oslo. Norway


Job Responsibilities

Strategic and Business Development

  • Overall P/L responsible for CLOUDEON’s business in Norway, including employees and communication bridge between Denmark and Norway in alignment with CLOUDEON management
  • Prepare, execute and follow-up on CLOUDEON strategy and strategic goals
  • Build new business opportunities in line with company strategy
  • Responsible for creating new business / logos opportunities though your established network or contacts
  • Establish and optimize relationships with strategic partners i.e. local Microsoft amp; AWS office
  • Prioritize and balance between projects priorities
  • Continuously optimize processes, structures, systems, and methods
  • Report to Danish CEO

Leadership amp; Management

  • Attract, recruit, onboard employees in collaboration with People amp; Performance function
  • Ensure employee inspiration, -motivation and well-being
  • Ensure team and individual performance, development, career path and collaboration
  • Positive imprint of CLOUDEON's culture and organization
  • Knowledge sharing across countries, departments and projects to ensure that nothing is overlooked, repeated or hinders the work of others

Salesamp; Pre-Sales

  • Enhance up-sales and cross-sales, drive sales process according to policies
  • Ensure proper net-profit calculation
  • Prepare scope of work, schedule, and pricing documents
  • Perform scoping workshops and design sessions with customers?
  • Look for partnerships to enhance our reach

Operational

  • Account planning and stakeholder management
  • Making sure our marketing message and value proposition is aligned to the local market
  • Identification and suggesting mitigation plan, solution for risks and bottlenecks
  • Building a successful partner network on the local market
  • Building and maintaining business relationship with local Microsoft office
  • Overseeing Net Profit of the local company /country (Pamp;L)
  • Quality of the proposals, consistency of the CRM with the proposals, ownership of the sales process

Training

  • Ensure and apply own professional and personal development - new technologies, certifications, solution selling and project leadership and apply it

Requirements

Business Development

  • Proven experience in being part of pivotal moment in company history (working in high-growth companies)
  • Proven experience of managing relationships with senior decision makers in enterprise companies and growing customers in multi-technology area in Norway
  • Experience of creating and managing relationships with external partners
  • Closed sales and delivery of at least 5 big complex multi-technology projects for various enterprise customers
  • Local market new business development experience with enterprise customers
  • Experience of creating and managing relationship with external partners
