Job Description

Aize develops software-as-a-service (SaaS) products that fundamentally change how our customer's design, build and operate complex industrial assets. Our software products will enable the seamless exchange of information between stakeholders throughout the value chain, and over the life cycle of an asset. We help users to design, engineer, construct and collaborate in a more intuitive and efficient way, improving efficiency, profitability and quality for the betterment of society.


The person we are hoping to join our ranks is someone who will be patient, reliable and proactive - and ofcourse tech savvy, with a good attitude towards customers and with an ability to communicate clearly. You will be a crucial team member in a multidiscipline customer success team, responsible for successful onboarding, delivery and support of Aize software.


Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to users of Aize software, including researching and responding to technical inquiries and pulling on the relevant competency in various departments internally when needed
  • Perform troubleshooting, problem analysis and investigation, as well as assist with testing and quality assurance of Aize software prior to release to clients
  • Provide software training to users of Aize software and contribute to writing and reviewing of technical documentation, such as user manuals
  • Proactively engage with, build and maintain excellent relationships with clients, both internal and external.
  • Actively provide feedback and assistance to the software development teams for software product improvements, and on the other side proactively alert customers to product developments and issues.


Ideally you have,

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in computer science, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience within a software support or development environment.
  • Experience of working within an SLA driven environment.
  • Experience with Jira Service Desk or similar support software.
