In this position you will work closely with managers, employees and external companies to identify and assess talents locally and from around the world. You will be hands-on in recruitment processes, and use your experience to innovate and improve our way of working. Joining our current three person talent acquisition team, you’ll also be part of our greater People amp; Organization team, working with employer branding, communication, and learning amp; development to secure the best employee experience for our Cogniters. What You'll Do
- Full recruitment cycle responsibility. From sourcing to assessments, all the way to writing offers.
- Own the interview scheduling process and communicate logistics to both candidates and hiring teams
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand team capabilities and needs
- Interview candidates and use psychometric tests (from Aon) when needed
- Conduct reference checks
- Identify, build, and cultivate diverse talent pipelines
- Work with the team to standardize how candidates are interviewed and evaluated, in order to make sure everyone is assessed against the same bar
- Make sure equality, inclusion, and diversity is at the core of our recruitment.
- Build and share staffing metrics, dashboards, and reports to enable leaders to make informed decisions, increase productivity, and create efficiencies to support business goals
You are
- A recruiter with around 5-6yrs experience from the tech industry
- A recruitment nerd that really cares for best practise and who sets pride in each new Cogniters joining us
- You understand the needs of the business, facilitate the process of identifying the right candidate and being an adviser for managers
- Experienced in hiring commercial and technical roles. Sales, Customer Success, Solution Architects, Project Managers, Data Engineers to name a few
- Experience with psychometric testing
- Structured, solution- and business oriented mindset and independent
- Data driven and willing to learn, whether it's IT jargon, systems, architecture, processes or workflows
- An excellent communicator in English. Both written and verbal
- Able to work and thrive in an unstructured and fast paced environment
- Someone who really wants to understand the needs of our organisation and how talent plays a critical role
