We are looking for an experienced Web Developer amp; Admin with experience in developing websites for marketing automation and conversion rate optimization to join our growing digital marketing team.

Key activities and responsibilities:

• Be the technical lead of the development of Cognite.com and IgniteNews.com
• Manage amp; determine project requirements and developing work schedules
• Execute on development amp; loop in partners as needed
• Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard
• Responsible for implementation for technical SEO optimizations according to audit based on data
• Together with UX designer amp; digital specialist, analyze the performance of different content on the website and come up with optimization strategies
• Develop amp; manage experimentations and find the most optimal web design amp; solutions in line with commercial goals
• Drive important web-related initiatives together with Director of Growth amp; project manage content specialists and designer
• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends. Make sure our websites are built on the most modern frameworks related to user-experience and educate the larger team on best practices
• Performing troubleshooting as required
  

About you:

• Development experience with websites based on HubSpot and/or WordPress
• Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
• Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills
• A growth-driven mind
