We are looking for an HR Assistant to support us on a variety of HR administrative duties. The HR Assistant role involves a wide range of support activities inside our HR department, from coordinating meetings to maintaining our employee database to posting job ads. You'll also assist in creating policies, processes and documents.
You should be able to work autonomously and remain calm under pressure. Following our training sessions, you'll be able to assist the Head of People amp; Operations and Hiring Managers in the whole recruitment lifecycle (e.g. onboarding new hires and candidate sourcing.) Ultimately, you'll ensure our HR department is organized and operates smoothly to attract, hire and retain our employees.
- Managing our recruitment process from start to end and improve where needed
- Ensure a smooth onboarding of new employees
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions
- Complete and regularly update our HR policies
- Coordinate activities for a positive work culture
- Support on building up our internal training amp; development programme
Requirements
- Excellent organisational, administrative and time management skills
- Hands-on mentality while having high attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication in English
- Very good interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of labor laws
- Degree or currently studying in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
