Job Description

Aize develops software-as-a-service (SaaS) products that fundamentally change how our customer's design, build and operate complex industrial assets. Our software products will enable the seamless exchange of information between stakeholders throughout the value chain, and over the life cycle of an asset. We are looking for someone that has a strong passion for customer service and strives to always understand the business and the needs of the customer. As our Customer Success Director, you will be responsible for helping our customers realize the value of our products and at the same time be a driver for collaboration and trust among customers and colleagues.


  • In short,you will work as a project manager in a multidiscipline customer success team, responsible for successful onboarding and delivery of software.
  • End-to-end responsibility for customers. That includes establishing goals, success metrics, lead value realization discussions and aid them to achieve ultimate value of the Aize software.
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships on all relevant levels within the customer organization by taking a hands-on approach and being present and visible at these accounts on a regular basis
  • Act as the customers' voice and spokesperson; advocate customer needs and issues internally as well as collaborating closely with the development team and product owners defining requirements for future features.


Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience leading customer engagements as a customer success manager or related role;
  • Commercial experience in renewals and/or upselling;
  • Confidence when running executive business reviews and engaging with C-level sponsors; and strong writing, presentation, and communication skills in english.
  • A rich understanding of customer success methodologies and practices including (but not limited to) segmentation, customer journey, and customer health scoring
