Aker Carbon Capture is growing fast and strengthening its team related to customer experience with a technology focused Customer Experience Manager to fast track our investments and further implementation of the Microsoft platform across sales and marketing.

As customer experience manager you will be the leader of implementing best of breed solutions to enable ACC to have the best possible customer journeys, standing out from our competitors. Not only will you be responsible for what we do on the Microsoft platform, but also the data and the value we get out of this data through advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, and value chain integration. Our cooperation with Microsoft stretches far beyond the software looking at various ways creating more value for customers in the various parts of our value chain.
As a Customer Experience manager you will:
- Responsible for and owning the customer experience strategy
- Lead the implementation and ensure value capture in our system portfolio
- Identify new opportunities for improving journeys and effective handling of customers across our organization
- Work with partners Microsoft, Cognite and Aize to realize large scale digitalization initiatives
- Ensuring that ACC takes the best of the breed tools into use, realizing value throughout the organization
Requirements
To be successful in the role as Customer Experience Manager you
- have an IT background with 10 to 15 years of relevant experience and a significant portion of this on the Microsoft Dynamics platform including CRM
- have background from system and solution design, and hands-on implementation experience of Microsoft products
- have operational and strategic work experiences in the IT area and that can fuel the implementation of the Microsoft
- are custom to being a focal point of creating digitally enabled customer experiences by working strategically with our partners and drive implementation of new solutions across the sale cycle
- can lead the digitalization strategy across the sales and marketing processes, enabling not only solutions that are efficient for our customers, but also securing implementation of tools across the organization.
- have worked technically across the MS platform and able to perform configuration and further enhancements.
- have a strategic mindset but eager to contribute in hands-on implementation
- you have a passion for data, creating value out of digital traces that our customers contribute with

Work location: The role reports to the Chief Commercial Officer who is based at Fornebu. Extensive home office will be accommodated if needed.
