Do you want to take part in providing excellent customer support to a world-class no-code+code web design platform?
Vev is looking for a Customer Support Representative to assist our customers with any problems when using our product. You will be the first point of contact for our customers. Customer Support Representative responsibilities include resolving customer queries, recommending solutions and guiding product users through features and functionalities. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to earn our clients’ trust. Ultimately, you will help establish our reputation as a company that offers a great product with excellent customer support during all sales and after-sales procedures.
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way
- Identifying customers problems, attempt to solve it or delegate to the right team members
- Analyze and report product malfunctions to develope a proactive approach for support
- Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
- Inform customers about new features and functionalities
- Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
- Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Customer Experience team
Requirements
- You are passionate about giving support to our customers
- Experience as a Customer Support Representative or similar role
- Familiarity with SaaS
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in process implementation is desirable
- Patience when handling tough cases
You will get bonus points for
- Being familiar with Intercom or other chat or ticketing systems
- Comfortable with Adobe Photoshop / InDesign or similar tools
- Experience with website builder(s) or general HTML/CSS/JavaScript knowledge
- Speaking either Norwegian, Swedish or Danish
